Galena

This last week, our IEP students went to Galena, Illinois for a field trip.

On June 18, I went to Galena as a field trip. Galena is situated in Illinois. Galena is a small town, but this town is filled with a lot of history and there are old houses and beautiful views. First, I took a trolley bus tour. It took us throughout the town and a driver explained about histories of Galena. For example, there is a oldest post office of USA in Galena and many houses in Galena are made by brick. Second,  I ate lunch at Irish restaurant. I had fish and chips. I have had it once in New Zealand, but I liked this time rather than last time. If there had been rice, it would have been even better. Anyway, I enjoyed my lunch. Finally, I went to Grant’s house.
